- You can order a Barefoot Rug in any of the following ways:
- It's quickest to do it online at www.barefootrugs.org where you can order and pay for your rug using paypal
- If you prefer you can telephone us on 01244 538 888 and use your credit/debit card
- We also accept cheques/postal orders made out to "Barefootrugs" and posted to: Barefootrugs, Hawarden Institute, Rooms 7a and 8, 31 Glynne Way, Hawarden, Flintshire, CH5 3NS.
- Shipping & Delivery
- We always use Royal Mail or Parcel Force for delivery. Barefoot Hall Runners and Smaller Rugs are delivered first class recorded within 4 business days from ordering. Larger Barefoot Rugs are delivered via Parcel Force within 4 business days from ordering. We strive for happy rug customers and 99.9% of the time we get this right – if, for any reason, there’s a delay in delivery of your runner/rug, we will endeavour to keep you informed.
Special note about delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and remote islands of Scotland It can cost a bit more to deliver to these places. If shipping costs to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and remote islands of Scotland exceed the amount quoted at checkout, we will contact you to confirm that you would still like to go ahead with the order with the revised delivery charge. - Refunds and Returns
- We do accept returns if you’re not happy with your rug/runner in any way. Please don’t shout at us, just return the rug! All that we ask is that you do this within 7 days of receiving the rug/runner and send it back to us in pristine condition in its original packaging. - We've thought about the best ways to safeguard customer security as far as possible. Our payments are processed via Paypal who provide a safe and secure means by which to purchase goods online. Obviously we will need to use your contact details for delivery but will never pass on this information to anybody else. Please get in touch if you have any issues of concern.
